Ever wondered about cupping - what it is and why we use it in Chinese Medicine. Cupping is one of the oldest and most beneficial treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and it is most typically used to heal swollen, painful or still joints, to clear a head cold, to increase circulation or remove toxins from the skin.
